SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY AND PERFORMANCE COACHING
Sport psychology is an interdisciplinary science that draws on knowledge from many related fields including biomechanics, physiology, kinesiology and psychology.
It involves the study of how psychological factors affect performance and how participation in sport and exercise affect psychological and physical factors. In addition to instruction and training of psychological skills for performance improvement, applied sport psychology may include work with athletes, coaches, and parents regarding communication and team building.
Our Performance Coaching package has seen success in Cheerleading with Team England ParaCheer who won gold at the ICU World Championships and clubs throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland at ICC, BCA, Legacy, Future Cheer and ICE dance competitions securing first place and qualifying for European and World Summits. We have also worked with equestrians, fencers, high diverss and pistol shooters.
We use a broad spectrum of techniques and psychological interventions to maximise the performance of athletes by reducing stress, creating focus and stimulating the right conditions to be the best.
