In 2015 I decided to set up Caric Care to cater for gaps I had experienced in public services where all too often people do not meet the threshold for treatment through the NHS. From the point of origin, I realised that the scope for providing a service for people was much greater than I first thought but this will not deter me from doing what I care about so passionately.
I have qualified in Mental Health Social Work, Leadership and Management, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Neuropsychology, Forensic Psychology, Life Coaching/Personal Coaching and sports psychology through the University of Salford, The NLP Centre of Excellence, The International Association of Neuro-Linguistic Practitioners and Coaches, The City & Guilds Institute, the Priory Group and the NHS.
I have worked for several NHS trusts across the North including the world renowned Alder Hey Children’s NHS Trust. I have also worked with schools, universities, businesses and dance academies.
My mission statement is to deliver a high quality, affordable and reliable service to individuals, groups and organisations to enhance mental wellbeing and quality of life.
